❗️For me 2022 has been a year with some reflection on life & death! I went to more funerals than I ever have tried before in my whole life.
… Luckily in-between the sad circumstances, my little sunshine, Lina, came to the world in June 2022 🥰 She is the light of my little family this year 🥰 & so beloved 😍 I feel the sister & brother love, the dog love & of course the parent love ! I’m so thankful for this little family I have created & the love in it at the moment. There are hard & beautiful days with kids. But this love we share together is all over everything. Now I finally understand this kids thing seriously more than ever & the deep love in a family #thankful #wearefamily ❗️

You probably know someone, who are afraid skiing down the mountains ? The skiing confidence is not there. It could be better ❗️⬇️

❗️For those who has anxiety of skiing - remember: YOU are NOT alone ❗️

▶️Good advices for your upcoming ski holiday if you suffer from the theme above⬇️

➡️Start your first or second day with a ski instructor / ski coach . If you get the right one, your confidence in skiing will often get better very fast ✔️

▶️ Just do it . Ski. If you think too much and never ski, you’ll never get better ✔️

▶️ Only take slopes where you feel comfortable. The biggest mistake is that you ski too steep of what you are capable of with your skiing skills. Then it can happens you’ll never go skiing again ✔️

➡️ Avoid places with Many people. Choose the right place on the right time. Then you don’t need to worry ABOUT if some would ski into you or you’ll crash into another person ✔️

➡️ It’s all in your brain. Stop thinking negative thoughts : I’ll never be skiing this slope, I can’t , I’m too old, BECAUSE You can do it if you really want ✔️

Several people, whom I have taught to ski, have commented that I have a lot of patience 😌
Patience is important in the job as an instructor / coach, thus the customer does not feel stressed and can learn / tell at his own pace ⬇️

▶️Patience can be trained and developed… !

❗️Small children and babies require a lot of patience. Also adults 😅 ❗️

💟But the essence is - especially after I have got children myself, my patience level with other people outside family has increased a lot… If I have the time, I have enough patience the whole day 💟

Yesterday I started to make jumps again - just a few but enough 💪🏻 Ha ha… My abdominals have a hard time now today while posting this video 😌And yesterday was much colder than the the other day. I feel the autumn 🍂 wetter arriving … It was also raining a bit during my kite session .
I prefer to Kitesurf, when it’s warm and no wetsuit. Sometimes I take my self saying: “No, it’s
Too cold to Kitesurf for me today, run (rain), but when I’m first out there in my wetsuit cruising on the water , I’m over that “hard mental” stage (cold and doesn’t feel cozy at all) and I get varm during my kitesurfing . When I get back from the water I’m not cold, because My body is warm & happy and it was the effort worth 👍 SO #justdoit
