What makes you happy these days? 💙 For me… lately What makes you happy these days? 💙 For me… lately, it’s this. 🏔️✨ It gives me so much energy. Summer days in the Austrian Alps. Crystal-clear lakes. Fresh mountain air. Hiking, biking, delicious local alpine food, cold dips, peaceful moments and the feeling of complete freedom in nature. 🌿 These moments recharge me and remind me how good life can feel. 💫 Even my mum has told me she hasn’t seen me this excited about the mountains in summer before. 🥹 She loves watching my videos of me swimming in these beautiful lakes (and apparently wants even more! 😂). Many of you have said the same. There is something magical about cold mountain dips, breathtaking scenery and warm summer days. They bring out the happiest, craziest and most positive version of me—just like my happy winter moments on the slopes. 😆🙈⛷️ You simply can’t fake that kind of joy. If you’re planning a summer trip to Austria, especially Tirol, get excited! 🇦🇹💙 If weather is good🤞, thek the scenery is breathtaking, the mountain lakes are unbelievably beautiful, and there are countless places for a refreshing swim. I personally love exploring the quieter spots and usually stay away from the busiest tourist areas—even around my “home area”, Arlberg. 🤫🏔️ ❣️ Just one little reminder: Always respect nature. Only swim where it’s safe and only if you’re a confident swimmer. Most people are good. ❤️ Lately, one of my little Most people are good. ❤️ Lately, one of my little travel buddies and I have been on the move—from spending time with our families close to home to business meetings, adventures, airports, cars, buses, restaurants, and everything in between. And do you know what has stood out the most? Kindness. The stranger sitting next to us on the plane. The person smiling at a tired parent. The waiter taking a little extra time. The woman in the pool who offered to play with my daughter without being asked. I’ve learned that kindness often comes from the most unexpected places 😇 Life has reminded me that support doesn’t always come from where we expect it to. Maybe the world reflects the energy we bring into it. Maybe we’re all carrying battles we know nothing about. Maybe most people are simply doing their best and helping each other along the way. Of course, not everyone sees beyond their own world. But I’ve chosen to focus on the good in people—and honestly, there is a lot of good. Whatever the reason, I’m grateful. For the smiles. For the conversations. For the helping hands. For the reminder that there is still so much kindness in this world. Thank you 🫶🏻 And I’m grateful that this little adventurer gets to experience that too. One day she’ll learn that not everyone wishes you well, and not everyone is able to show up when you need them. I’m curious — let me know in the comments 👇🏻 Sport has always been a huge part of my work & life, and honestly I’ve always done way more movement and training than actual stretching 😅 But after a long ski season, my body really reminded me how important mobility, recovery and balance are. This month my body has been tired — especially my lower back after many long days (months of) skiing. So lately I’ve been trying to slow down a little, stretch more and take better care of my body 🧘‍♀️🍱💤🧠🍷🤣 ❗️Mobility & stretching might seem simple, but over time it can make a huge difference for recovery, balance and injury prevention ❗️ Just sharing a few of my favorite stretches I do before / after skiing, running, kitesurfing or biking etc. There’s definitely more to add, but this is just examples 🙏🏻 Your favorite ?
