We all have bad habits —
some we fight, some we learn to live with.

Today on my mountain hike,
I tried to let some heavy emotions out of my body.
Some call it healing. 🌿☀️

Mental balance isn’t something we just have —
it’s something we create, again and again.

Some days I feel grounded and strong 💪
Other days, emotions take over —
love, doubt, fear, or longing.
That’s being human.

With time, I’ve learned that balance
isn’t about controlling everything.
It’s knowing when to let go,
when to hold on,
and when to just breathe.

Some people feel deeply,
others hide their feelings.
I feel a lot — I express.
But I also try to understand the opposite,
those who protect their hearts in silence.

And with time, I get wiser…
You can’t control what another person feels.
But if you want to live your love fully,
you have to give — and take — chances.
Because that’s always better
than never daring to love at all. ♥️

More love, yes — but also more balance.
Respect, space, honesty. 🙏🏻

Life is too short not to take some chances.
That’s where love grows. ♥️
