Had a 5-days camp with Anne-Louise. She is a fantastic ski coach—always on time, professional, and easy to work with. She communicates clearly, checks in often, and genuinely asks for feedback so each session feels tailored. Best of all, she keeps the vibe fun while still helping you improve a lot. Highly recommend!

We were a large group and Anne put lots of effort and love into making sure everyone feels comfortable and has a rewarding learning experience. We received lots of individual feedbacks and I have much to take away with me. Feeling much more confident, controlled and excited about my next skiing sessions thanks to Anne!

We had 5 days of on-piste ski training with Anne and it was a really good experience. Not only can she identify your weaknesses, but she also provides effective targeted training. She even records skiing videos for you to review and correct your technique. You can ask her anything related to skiing.

Stor anbefaling!

❣️69 days to ski opening ❄️⛷️

Still green in St. Anton… but winter preparations are slowly starting in body & mind 💚

A little glimpse into my winter work — as part of @arlbergclassic, as well as my own ski training and camps — and everything I’m looking forward to getting back to.

Teaching, technical ski training, camps, off-piste skiing, ski touring and safety training — but most of all, sharing great days and creating memories in the mountains. 🤍

💫The countdown is on — soon everything will be white again. ❄️

See you in the snow! ⛷️🤍

Bookings for winter 26/27 are open.

What makes you happy these days? 💙 For me… lately

What makes you happy these days? 💙

For me… lately, it’s this. 🏔️✨
It gives me so much energy.

Summer days in the Austrian Alps. Crystal-clear lakes. Fresh mountain air. Hiking, biking, delicious local alpine food, cold dips, peaceful moments and the feeling of complete freedom in nature. 🌿

These moments recharge me and remind me how good life can feel. 💫

Even my mum has told me she hasn’t seen me this excited about the mountains in summer before. 🥹 She loves watching my videos of me swimming in these beautiful lakes (and apparently wants even more! 😂). Many of you have said the same.

There is something magical about cold mountain dips, breathtaking scenery and warm summer days. They bring out the happiest, craziest and most positive version of me—just like my happy winter moments on the slopes. 😆🙈⛷️ You simply can’t fake that kind of joy.

If you’re planning a summer trip to Austria, especially Tirol, get excited! 🇦🇹💙 If weather is good🤞, thek the scenery is breathtaking, the mountain lakes are unbelievably beautiful, and there are countless places for a refreshing swim.

I personally love exploring the quieter spots and usually stay away from the busiest tourist areas—even around my “home area”, Arlberg. 🤫🏔️

❣️ Just one little reminder:
Always respect nature. Only swim where it’s safe and only if you’re a confident swimmer. Mountain weather can change very quickly—from sunshine and hot summer temperatures to rain, thunderstorms and lightning— & dangerous landslides 🙏🏻 so always stay aware, check the forecast and enjoy nature responsibly. 🌦️⚡

Do you do mobility & stretching? 🤍 How often?
I’m curious — let me know in the comments 👇🏻

Sport has always been a huge part of my work & life, and honestly I’ve always done way more movement and training than actual stretching 😅

But after a long ski season, my body really reminded me how important mobility, recovery and balance are.

This month my body has been tired — especially my lower back after many long days (months of) skiing.
So lately I’ve been trying to slow down a little, stretch more and take better care of my body 🧘‍♀️🍱💤🧠🍷🤣

❗️Mobility & stretching might seem simple, but over time it can make a huge difference for recovery, balance and injury prevention ❗️

Just sharing a few of my favorite stretches I do before / after skiing, running, kitesurfing or biking etc.
There’s definitely more to add, but this is just examples 🙏🏻 Your favorite ?

Maybe it can inspire someone else to take a little extra care of their body too 🤍

How does your body feel after a ski season or ski holiday? ⛷️

⸻

Remember: Your body carries you through every adventure — take care of it 🤍

My Arlberg season 25/26 ❄️

Today it’s raining 🌧️
And somehow that always marks the end.

Ending a winter is always special 🙏🏻
So many moments, people and memories in the mountains 🏔️

Thank you all – for your trust, the shared experiences and the time together – guests, clients, friends, collabs & colleagues and everyone around.
It truly means more than you know 💗

The mountains have a way of staying with you…
and I’ll be back in Arlberg next winter from December 2026 ❄️

Until then – take care
and keep chasing what makes you feel alive ✨🌟

Ski season over for real?
Maybe… but with me, you never really know 😉
@ischgl_com is still open after all… 🤭

Maybe I’ll see some of you this summer – Meetups, my camps, kitesurf or new adventures 🤭🧘‍♀️🌊

Freedom • Adventure • Authenticity

Otherwise, see you in the mountains 🙏🏻

I get it — people ruin things and don’t behave.
Or maybe the lift operators just needed some entertainment 😅

But honestly…
it feels like we’re losing a bit of freedom

Maybe it’s just me…
or have people forgotten how to behave nowadays?
(It only takes a few to ruin it for everyone?)

What’s your gondola story?”**
